TERMS & CONDITION
Production estimates are based on the time from when
final approval and a deposit is secured, to the time when order
ready for shipment. As some of our products are hand made and made
to order so lead time of each products is varies depend on the item,
your order quantities and our production load. However we will keep
you well inform about production progress.
Prices are for products only. For the arrangement
delivery / shipment there will be charged shipping charges /
delivery charges and other additional cost (packing, fumigation,
etc..) which will be notified first and agreed by both parties.
Please confirm all pricing when ordering.
Website quotes are NOT ORDERS. Orders will only be
processed once a final written Proforma Invoice is sent to you by
CV. Bali Anugrah and deposits have been paid.
PAYMENT:
Upon receiving your order by e-mail or fax we will
issue a sales confirmation along with the estimated production time.
Approximate shipping costs or delivery charge will be informed later
if required. If you are in agreement with everything we will then
request that you transfer a deposit of at least 50% of your order
value and the rest of the money we will keep you informed via email
or fax. Upon completion of your order, and prior to shipment, we
shall ask that you transfer the remaining balance. We dispatch the
completed order when we receive your final payment. All shipping
costs are on pre-paid basis.
Currently, we accept payment for your
order in Indonesian Rupiah therefore you will be required to convert
your payment into Rupiah (IDR) prior to transferring it.

Notice:
Some of our product are handmade products (such as
handicraft etc..) therefore we truly advice that those products may
not be exactly the same as photograph shown on our website or those
are slightly different from the catalogue due to it was taken by
digital camera. However, they will be similar of image, size, and
color as mentioned details on our website. For those things, each
piece may not exactly the same as others piece. Please accept normal
slightly difference of the aforementioned products in the shipment.
